La Souq – Richardson, Texas

Project Scope: Architectural and Interior design services for a first of its kind Mid-East inspired coffee shop concept. MSC collaborated with Workshop Studio on the interiors for this first-time tenant finish-out at Belt and Main, a new mixed used development in Richardson, Texas. We also supported the project through permitting, bidding and negotiation, and construction observation.
