Gloria’s Latin Cuisine – McKinney, Texas

Project Scope: After 15 years of working with Gloria’s Latin Cuisine on their locations in existing buildings, MSC Design was privileged to design Gloria’s first all new from the ground up restaurant building. We were involved in predevelopment services including site feasibility studies prior to the real estate purchase. Architectural design services ranged from conceptual site and building design through construction documents. We also supported the project through bidding and negotiation, permitting, and construction observation.
