Gloria’s Latin Cuisine – Woodlands, Shenandoah, Texas

Project Scope: Their 21st location and second ground-up new building, and 4th location in the greater Houston area, MSC Design provided predevelopment services including site feasibility studies to raze an existing hotel and redevelop the site for a new Gloria’s Latin Cuisine Restaurant. Our scope included Architectural site and building design services as well as bidding and negation, permitting, and construction observation.
