Dillas Quesadillas – Frisco, Texas

Project Scope: Architectural and interior design as well as MEP engineering services for a fast-casual Quesadilla restaurant concept. MSC designed this first-time tenant finish-out in a new shopping center in Frisco, Texas which became Dillas’ prototype. Dillas’ second location opened in 2017 without drive-thru service due to site constraints at the time. In 2020 MSC provided architectural and civil engineering services to add the drive-thru service lane to the operating restaurant, significantly increasing their revenue. MSC handled bidding and negotiation and construction observation for both phases, as well as the site plan and building permit approvals for the drive-thru.
